Submitting assignments online

Submitting an assignment in Moodle is an uncomplicated process. An assignment can be submitted simply by uploading or using the drag and drop function.

Before we get into the details, be aware that from Summer Semester (November 2021), all Federation students will need to have completed the Academic Integrity Module (AIM) before you can submit an assignment in Moodle. For more information AND the link to AIM, read this.

Follow these steps…

    – Check the maximum size and file limit.
  6. Once the file(s) have been uploaded the ‘download’ icon will appear, indicating the upload is complete.
  7. Check that the correct files have been uploaded. Click the Save changes button to submit the assignment.
  8. The assignment submission will now display as ‘Submitted for grading.‘ However, if the due date and time have not yet passed, your submission can be edited.
